Yikes, sorry top 5 bicycles see that that happened I put my callipers on the tire and they measure out to 43mm which is part of the problem. They clear the frame just fine maybe not with mud but if you're using a cabled Shimano front derailleur you're likely to run into problems with it hitting the arm of the derailleur.
